The bees are buzzing with excitement around our Martin City Garden Center each and every day that we get closer to spring. Our gardeners thumbs are green with envy as they prepare all the plants and trees for their new homes in your garden.
As our early planting season is just around the corner, we wanted to give you our planting recommendations:
- Arrivals in March: This year we are offering pansies and ranunculus the week before St. Patrick’s Day. These plants will thrive in the cooler environment of late winter and early spring for you to plant in your garden.
- April Flowers: Now, our second recommendation should be able to take place sometime in early April, depending on the weather and if it’s warm enough. For the second round of planting, we will offer diascia, nemesia, lobelia, and alyssum. Again, only plant these when the weather is warm enough. We are also very excited to announce that we will be offering several varieties of both upright and trailing fuscia for you to choose from.
At Rosehill Gardens, our gardeners know your garden is a special extension of your home and personality. That’s why we would love for you to contact us at 816-941-4777 with your questions.
