I just want to pass along how great your teams are doing! The lawn crew, the landscaping crew and the irrigation crew it is always wonderful and I know we are being taken care of!!! Even though the properties have sold I will always appreciate my Rosehill guys!!

Another beautiful newsletter reminds me I am terribly tardy in thanking you for the amazing work Amanda and her crew performed for us last April. We had ripped out all the overgrown bushes next to the front of our house and didn't have a clue what to plant next. We called Rosehill and were blessed to meet Amanda! She not only knew what would flourish in the troublesome area of mixed sunlight, but she could see we needed extra dirt, suggested redoing the edging in a pleasing design, and added underground gutter drainage to rid us of ugly splash blocks! Your crew was courteous, fast, and offered to do several extras for us, like placing leftover sod on the bare areas of our yard, and hauling away the splash blocks. A couple of months later, Amanda reserved three bushes for our back yard that I found on your database.

In short, we couldn't be more pleased with the design, the initial work, and Amanda's continuing assistance!

Its very fortunate your staff was able to start our project earlier than expected beating the rain by a week - things just work out the way they're supposed to. We just had the 20 year old landscaping removed at our residence and new landscaping installed. Amanda White was our landscape designer, and she did a fantastic job of designing and overseeing the new landscaping project. She is very detailed oriented, customer focused, and ensures the project is done to the homeowner's satisfaction. Elton also did an incredible job planning and installing the new LED landscaping lighting and new irrigation system for the landscaped area. The entire Rosehill crew worked very diligently in removing the old plants and installing the new plants. Thanks to Rosehill Gardens for an awesome job! The new landscaping has made our home look fresh and 'new' again. We would highly recommend your company to anyone needing landscaping design and installation services.

Two things that have changed since Rosehill took over snow................

1) Calls have gone from no less than 15 an event to one or two and those are melt and refreeze issues not "WHERE ARE THEY??" issues.

2) Tenants have complimented the snow crews.....keep in mind the two tenants that have taken the time to email/call me are two tenants that (bless their hearts) are rarely happy with anything!!! The manager at BRGR said this was the best snow contractor since BRGR has been open!!

The calls from customers and tenants on the complimenting the landscaping is too numerous to count!!

I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated my experience buying trees from Rosehill Gardens through Chip Hanson at your tree farm. He was so informative and very patient (I changed my mind several times). He was such a delight to work with. Chip is a true asset to your business and I would never think of buying trees anywhere else. Kenny, the installer, was also very conscientious and knowledgeable and very interested in my landscape project. He and his partner worked hard all day and got all the trees planted, even thought they had to finish up in the rain. The trees are perfect and I look forward to seeing them mature. I really appreciated the concern and care from both Chip and Kenny to “get it right”. I’ve had lots of comments on the trees and I tell everyone what a great experience I had with Rosehill Gardens. The Cass Regional Foundation received memorial monies on behalf of a physician who died recently. We were given the task of finding an appropriate tribute to be placed either inside or in the Gardens. We decided on a Lyman Whitaker kinetic wind sculpture for placement in the Healing Garden near the water fountain. Within months, 2 new donors stepped forward with similar requests for Whitakers work. I’ve charged John McLenon to create a sculpture bed to enhance & protect the area.

Your crew has just left and I want you to know how WONDERFUL our yard is looking. You should be very proud of your team. Thank you. Looking forward to the next phase.

Many times, people are quick to tell you the bad things about your staff. This is not one of those times.

I am sitting at Steak and Shake on Shawnee Mission and two of your guys just left. As they were leaving, an older couple were walking towards the door. The gentleman was helping his wife as she was using a walker. They were several feet from the door as your people were leaving but, your guys took the time to stop and hold the door for them. One man held the inner door and the other held the outer.

Too often people are so occupied they do not have time for their fellow man. Your people did an exceptional thing and you should know it.

I wanted to share some of the feedback we received about the experience. The response was overwhelming of the beauty and Quality of your products!!!

The majority of the guest had never been in your Nursery and Garden store. They really were taken on the little piece of paradise you have there; I had a person ask me if you have ever had a wedding there? It was so relaxing and a great experience. I can see how it would be hard to get people to leave. It is a great retreat.

Laurel was very helpful and would address any questions that were asked. I am looking forward to the event we discussed for November to make a small centerpiece.

I just wanted to let you know what a lovely job the young lady did who planted our beds for us. We just had our first big event out here this past Saturday... had somewhere between 65-75 people attend... and they were most complimentary of how the yard/flowers looked! I know we spoke about our “event” yesterday but today I just must share what has been happening here on our job with your crew and designer John. The wall is absolutely perfect, but I had wanted to just make a safe way to get into the back yard without too much cost. The cosmetics were not as important as the practicality and John and I had talked about a couple of different ways. I opted for slate to go down the slope, I was so wrong. Yesterday, the crew laid and cut the slate, etc God bless them, after my husband & I went out we knew it was too much a pitch to be safe for us or the grandchildren. So John came back out this morning and they have removed the slate and we are going back to John’ s original plan of steps. All of them were so kind, and John is particularly a gentle soul, and we will get the steps as soon as John gets things lined out. Just wanted to share my appreciation and I gave the crew my apology for all they had done only to remove. That’s one of the reasons we love working with Rosehill, just a great group of people.
