The largest construction project in Kansas City’s history is situated on 200 acres in Overland Park, Kansas. The project began in July, 1997 and was completed in late 2001. The Hiller Group, princeton, New Jersey, was responsible for the design of this unique landscape of prairie grasses and wildflowers, a contrast to the manicured grass lawns that are standard fare in suburban commercial design. Rosehill worked with J.E. Dunn Construction to complete the massive installation of trees and grasses that is now enjoying its full potential.
